Basswood Consulting is the consulting and project management division of Basswood Inc., at 1413 Basswood Lake Road, Huron Shores, Ontario P0R 1L0. We help with land consulting and project management across Algoma District, Northern Ontario. We are not the planner, the surveyor, or the engineer.
Cost estimating sets out what a project is expected to take, based on the scope you describe and the trades on the file. Budgeting is the figure you choose to work inside.
Basswood Consulting prepares estimates and budgets for projects we are helping to manage. An estimate is a working figure. It is not a fixed promise, and it can move if the site, the permits, or the scope change.
We keep the estimate beside the schedule so you can see the cost picture and the order of work in the same conversation.
