Basswood Consulting is the consulting and project management division of Basswood Inc., at 1413 Basswood Lake Road, Huron Shores, Ontario P0R 1L0. We help with land consulting and project management across Algoma District, Northern Ontario. We are not the planner, the surveyor, or the engineer.
Contractor coordination means scheduling the trades and keeping one point of contact for the owner. As owner's representative, Basswood Consulting represents the owner on site.
We pass along decisions, keep the sequence of work clear, and give you one person to call. We do not replace the licensed professionals the project needs.
Excavation, septic, landscaping, masonry, fireplace, and snow work can sit on one schedule when those divisions are part of the job. You still deal with one point of contact here.
