Project Management
Project Management
Basswood Consulting is the consulting and project management division of Basswood Inc., at 1413 Basswood Lake Road, Huron Shores, Ontario P0R 1L0. We help with land consulting and project management across Algoma District, Northern Ontario. We are not the planner, the surveyor, or the engineer.
Project management at Basswood Consulting covers the work of costing a project and keeping the trades in order.
That includes cost estimating and budgeting, plus contractor coordination and an owner's representative: scheduling trades, keeping one point of contact, and representing the owner on site.
This division works alongside our excavation, septic, landscaping, masonry, fireplace, and snow divisions, so the land work and the build can stay with one team.
